13. In-House Training and Workshops

OMC Governance Institute provides in-house training and workshops upon request. Such training and workshops are covered by the same conditions of service, liability, and indemnity as outlined in these Terms. Any liability for injury or damage occurring on third-party premises will be the sole responsibility of the occupier and/or owner of said premises. Where the purchaser of the in-house service is not the occupier or owner, the purchaser agrees to indemnify OMC Governance Institute against any and all claims, injuries, and damages arising both to OMC Governance Institute's staff and representatives and for any damage caused or occasioned as a consequence of the presence of OMC Governance Institute's staff and/or representatives on third-party premises.


14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through mediation with a third-party mediator. If the parties cannot agree on a mediator, one will be appointed by the Mediators' Institute of Ireland. The costs of mediation will be shared equally between both parties. Only if mediation fails to resolve the dispute may either party proceed to litigation.


15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

Limitation Period for Claims: The parties agree that any claims, disputes, or complaints made against OMC Governance Institute must be brought within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arises. This limitation period supersedes any longer statutory limitation periods provided under the Statute of Limitations Act 1957, as amended, which are hereby amended by agreement of the parties accordingly.
