What
We Do
And Why

OMC Governance provides governance training courses for the Owners’ Management Company sector in Ireland. Our training programs offer industry leading practical and professional guidance on the role of the OMC voluntary Director, Apartment owners and housing officers. Our courses provide training on everyday problems faced by company directors, stakeholders and apartment owners, including the levying and recovery of service charges, the liability of common areas and common area transfers, setting and changing House Rules, legacy construction defect issues and the proper management of the company annual general meetings.

All property service providers, including property agents in Ireland, are required to undertake, annually, continuous professional development training to ensure a high standard of expertise and professionalism is maintained in property management. The OMC director should be no different. Our courses aim to ensure each director is confident and competent to meet the challenges of the role each and every year and to understand their role in the stewardship of the OMC for the benefit of their neighbours and apartment owners.
