Instructor – Joe Richardson, B.L., M.B.A., F.C.I.Arb., is a barrister practicing in civil and commercial law. He is a company director and company secretary, with experience of the not-for-profit sector. He has advised on the revision of governance procedures for companies to comply with their duties under the Companies Act 2014 and the duties set out in the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement. He has acted for parties in the restoration of owners’ management companies to the Register of Companies.
