Instructor - Dean Regan BL, is an experienced corporate governance and business ethics lecturer and is a practising barrister in the area of management company litigation. A sole practitioner, he has advised and represented Owners' Management Companies at all levels of litigation and dispute resolution for the past ten years. Mr Regan has extensive expertise in regulatory advise, service charge recovery, public liability and common area transfer issues. Mr Regan is a member of the Bar of Ireland.
